Insurance Co-pays & Financial Assistance
Many Medicare Advantage plans offer extra benefits that patients often don’t know about or fully use, such as monthly over-the-counter allowances (commonly $20–$150+), fitness memberships, meal delivery, transportation, and more. During your visits or monthly check-ins, our team can provide a simple checklist of common extra benefits to help ensure you are maximizing your benefits! Most services provided by VitalSigns House Calls are covered by Medicare and Medicare Advantage plans. Many plans cover these services with little or no out-of-pocket cost. Patient responsibility is typically low, and if any co-pay creates a hardship, scholarships through our sister nonprofit, Juniper Tree, are available so that financial need never prevents someone from receiving care.
